Receptionists/HostsLooking for a new challenge in the New Year, we are looking for passionate and bubbly people as receptionists/hosts who can confidently deliver exceptional service to our guests.
You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with our guests. You will work closely with the management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.
Knowledge and Experience
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Knowledgeable and passionate about food and beverage
- Previous experience of epos and reservation systems preferred.
- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Confident, professional and committed to providing excellent service to all customers
- Excellent communicator
- Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during peak hours and extended period of increased business.
